📢 Job Alert – Bourges 2028 is recruiting a Performing Arts Production Officer 📢

Looking to take part in a European Capital of Culture that is human in scale yet bold in artistic ambition?
Join Bourges 2028 and contribute to the production of performing arts projects – spanning music, dance and theatre – across the regional and European landscape.

Your mission: to oversee the operational delivery of large-scale artistic projects — from production and contracting through to budgetary, legal and logistical follow-up — working in close collaboration with artists, partners, co-producers and public institutions.
You will also contribute to the key highlights of Bourges 2028, including the opening and closing ceremonies, with a strong focus on music and citizen participation.

Do you have solid experience in performing arts production, a strong understanding of professional networks (including international ones), and a good command of the sector’s administrative, legal and financial frameworks?
Are you rigorous, well-organised and diplomatic, with a genuine sensitivity to environmental challenges and corporate social responsibility (CSR)?

Permanent full-time position, based in Bourges.
