Bourges 2028 is a project deeply rooted in its local territory, while remaining firmly open to France and Europe. As 2028 approaches, we have chosen to pursue an active, shared form of monitoring — observing, understanding and highlighting what gives today’s human-scale territories their vitality. Cultural, social, urban or environmental initiatives which, each in their own way, are inventing new ways of shaping territory, connecting residents, and imagining the future at a human scale.
