Bourges 2028 is recruiting a Head of Performing Arts and Ceremonies.

At Bourges 2028, performing arts are one of the pillars of the project. Artistic productions will take place throughout the European Capital of Culture year, in Bourges, across the Cher department and throughout the wider region. There will also be key moments bringing the whole territory together: the opening and closing ceremonies, two major events marking the launch and culmination of this collective journey.

Working closely with the General Commissioner’s Office, you will lead the performing arts strand of the programme: supporting artistic productions, coordinating their presentation across the territory, and overseeing the production of the ceremonies that will shape Bourges 2028.
