As part of the restoration of its historic Town Hall, the city of Leuven, LOV2030 and Shift are looking for an artist or collective to create a temporary light installation that will transform the building’s scaffolding.
Installed during Wintertijd, Leuven’s festive end-of-year season, the artwork aims to turn the construction site into an artistic experience and bring a new perspective to the heart of the city.
Have an idea? Want to reimagine this iconic landmark?
Applications are open until 1 September 2026.
More information: link in bio and on the Leuven 2030 website.
Yes, the European Capitals of Culture network is also about this: opportunities to discover and take part in across Europe!
