Job alert – Protocol and Institutional Relations Intern

As 2028 approaches, Bourges 2028 continues to offer opportunities for recruitment, internships and professional development as part of a unique European cultural project.

We are currently looking for an intern to support our protocol and institutional relations activities and join the team.

This is a great opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes work of a major cultural project, help organise institutional events and activities, and work alongside public-sector stakeholders and local partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Preparing events and protocol-related activities
– Supporting institutional relations
– Drafting briefing notes, invitations and communication materials
– Providing logistical and organisational support

Are you a student in political science, institutional communications or a related field? Are you organised, curious and comfortable working as part of a team?

📍 Internship based in Bourges
📅 Duration: 4 to 6 months, to be agreed
