As part of the Liepāja 2027 European Capital of Culture programme, the Democracy Foundation, based in Kuldīga, Latvia, is launching an open call for European Dream, an international residency dedicated to democracy, taking place in August 2027.
The aim? To bring together six participants from different European countries and a wide range of fields to share their experiences, knowledge and skills, and explore new ways of talking about democracy and putting it into practice.
Civic activists, artists, researchers, journalists, educators, designers, architects, athletes, entrepreneurs, social workers, chefs, programmers, and marketing and communications professionals: anyone wishing to contribute to this collective reflection is invited to apply.
A new opportunity to take part in a European project and foster exchanges between European Capitals of Culture!
