Interested in contributing to a European Capital of Culture with strong artistic and international ambitions?
Bourges 2028 is hiring two Exhibition Production Managers to oversee the implementation of visual arts projects and exhibitions throughout the region.
Your role: to oversee the operational production of exhibitions—from budget planning to contract management, including coordination with curators, artists, lenders, museums, galleries, and service providers. You will be involved in the entire production chain (insurance, artwork transport, exhibition design, public procurement, and site supervision) and will contribute to efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of exhibitions.
Do you have solid experience in exhibition production (museums, art centers, foundations, biennials, etc.) and a good understanding of the challenges facing the visual arts and international institutional networks? You are meticulous, organized, and comfortable with budget and contract management; you enjoy working on projects and in teams, with a strong commitment to environmental and CSR issues.
Full-time, permanent position in Bourges
