CR! 2025 at a glance
Together, let’s reinvent the imaginaries of human-scale territories.
In 2025, Bourges 2028 launched the very first chapter of CR! with the open call “Open Themes”, inviting creators to share ideas without constraints, reflecting the full diversity of creative expression.
First edition of the CR! Academy : a collectiv success
Between April and June 2025, over 400 participants from across the Centre-Val de Loire region — independent artists, associations, creators and project leaders — joined us at our Rue Moyenne headquarters to inaugurate this first edition.
A strong territorial momentum is already underway:
- Over 400 participants took part in our six training modules, strengthening their skills through sessions led by cultural sector experts.

- Structured territorial projects, ready to come to life from 2026
