Smiles, shared emotions, shouts of joy and enthusiasm… One year after Bourges was named European Capital of Culture, contagious joy filled Rue Moyenne.
This celebration, which brought our entire region together, marks the beginning of an adventure that will continue until 2028… and far beyond!
 
Associations, artists, volunteers, partners, and residents of Bourges and the Centre-Val de Loire… thank you for showing up in such great numbers and contributing to this wonderful evening!
